The land record data on this site can be accessed in three different ways (Full System, Imaging System Only, or Scanned Index Books). Use the links below to access the site.

Full System (Indexing and Imaging Combined Retrieval)
Land Record Indexing Data Available: January 1, 1993 - September 02, 2010
All images from Deed and Deed of Trust books from January 1, 1993 to current available; Record book 305, p.1(June 8, 1999) thru Record book 836 p. 112 (September 02, 2010)
Plat indexing data from 1912 - September 02, 2010
This System allows access to land and plat record indexing information by searching on the following fields: grantor and/or grantee name, instrument number, or book and page.  Once the search results appear, access is granted to view and print all available images by clicking on the "image" icon next to the indexing search results.  If the image has not been digitized and is therefore unavailable, no "image" icon will appear.
Imaging System Only
Record Books 305 - 836 page 112 are available (June 08, 1999 - September 02, 2010)
Deed and Deed of Trust books were consolidated into the record book on June 8, 1999.
Deed Books 1-212 available (1837 - June 8, 1999)
Deed of Trust Books 71-304 available (November 21, 1967 - June 8, 1999)
Corporation Books 8-10 available (November 2, 1988 - January 6, 2003)
Effective January 1, 2003 documents that would have been filed in the Corporation book were file in the Record book
Plat Books 1-10/page 233 available
Condo Book 2 through page 50 available
This System allows retrieval of land record images by entering the appropriate book and page numbers.  Documents may be both viewed and printed from this system.  This system is intended to be used to allow a searcher to bypass the indexing search process if book and page information is already known.
Scanned Index Books (Imaged Index)
Land record indexing data from scanned index books covering 1837 through 1992.
This section of the site allows the user to search land record indexing data from 1837 through December 31, 1992. Click here for more instructions.
