Welcome to the Davie County Register Of Deeds remote access site.  In the interests of serving the citizens of Davie County and the other users of our office, we have created a website that can be used by all of our users, including those users using Apple products and other browsers and operating systems.

For Internet Explorer users, the site requires the downloading of imaging controls.  These controls (called ActiveX controls) are software applications that allow for the viewing and printing of the digitized documents and plats. These controls will automatically download for the user the first time the user attempts to view an image.   If your current security settings or firewalls do not allow the downloading of ActiveX controls, you will need to change those settings prior to downloading the controls. If you do not control the security settings on your browser or network, you will need to contact your network administrator to make the necessary changes.  The software only needs to be downloaded once.
